WHAT IS REVERSE SPEECH™? Reverse Speech™ is another form of human communication. On a conscious level it cannot be heard unless the forward speech is recorded and then played backwards, but research has shown that it is heard and understood on an unconscious level.
A speech reversal occurs naturally and unintentionally within the forward
speech. It is When the recorded forward speech is played backwards, in amongst all the gibberish, every 20 – 30 seconds or so can be heard very clear forward phrases. It is only by recording forward speech and playing it backwards, that the reverse speech or message from the subconscious can be heard. What is said in reverse is always true and almost always relates to the thought processes which form the forward speech. These reversals should NOT be confused with backward masking (which has been found on some records). This is a process in which an extra recording is intentionally spliced backwards onto a master track. It is a simple task to tell the difference because in reverse speech the speech can be understood both forwards and backwards; in backward masking the speech is incomprehensible when played forward, but is understood when played backwards.
